Returns Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. For customer-requested returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. To receive a refund without a restocking fee, the item must arrive in “as new” condition, free of blemishes, with its original packaging and all included accessories.

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, or is missing packaging or accessories, and we cannot resell it as new, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is calculated on the item’s purchase price.

If the order originally shipped for free, our original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. These deductions do not apply when we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective; please contact us so we can resolve those issues.

Please note that all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number). Please email info@blastkingusa.com to get your return started.

If there was an error in shipping or your product arrived damaged, please contact us to make a claim within 10 days of your purchase date so that we can fix the problem.

Warranty

All BlastKing products are protected under our one year manufacturer’s warranty (see restrictions). This warranty protects the buyer from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.

If you feel that your merchandise is defective, and within the one year warranty period, please contact info@blastkingusa.com to begin the warranty process. Once we receive the unit back, we will repair or replace the unit at no charge if all requirements are met.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by water damage, accidental drops, misuse, abuse and/or negligence. It also does not cover damages due to damages caused upon return shipping.

Please note that all warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number).
